Partialy available and hold for maintenance

How can we give room for partialy available and hold for maintenance. I know for a room we can make temporary inactive will be as unavialable room . How can these two states can be made partialy available and hold for maintenance.

A temporary inactive room is unavailable in a perticular time range set by the admin while the partially available room is calculated automatically by the system. If a room is not available in the whole date range searched by the user then if different rooms available on partiale date ranges in that searched date range will be partially available rooms. Admin does not anything in it.

Right now you cannot inactive a room for some hours. You will have to inactive the dates on the basis of dates only.
