Hi @dwitting,
We want to inform you that the field in which you want to add the anchor tag <a></a> is a text field, which is why you are encountering this error.
If you would like the text field to support HTML content, please create a ticket at https://support.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/

@Aman-deep-sharma Is there any other option to create a link to any CMS page from a text field ?

Hi @dwitting,
HTML cannot be directly written in the text fields in QloApps. We recommend you to create a ticket at https://support.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/ so our team can assist you with a custom solution.

@jhonndee Thanks for your advice. But the problem i encounter is not adding the correct HTML code. The system does simply not allow any HMTL codes.
You need either to modify yourself the code or pay Qlo to do it for you.

Any system has its limitations. And different users may have different needs for a feature.
Currently, in QloApps, Amenities block data have text fields and you can enter only text content into those fields. (HTML is not supported)
QloApps is an Open source solution. you can make changes in the system as per your needs by yourself and use them.

I am getting this error message when i save the text : Invalid amenity description in English (English)To resolve the issue, ensure that the text fields you're trying to add
<a href>
links to allow HTML tags. If the system doesn’t support HTML in these fields, you might need to switch to plain text or use a markdown-compatible format, if available. Alternatively, check if there's an option to enable HTML content in the settings for those fields. If you're still facing the issue, you might need to consult with the platform's support team to clarify if HTML links are permitted in the amenities block or if there's a specific syntax required.
