are there any plans for releasing a mobile app for Qloapps? I checked on wekbul store but I cannot see it?

We already have web app functionality through our QloApps PWA module. This module will add a web app on our devices with notification functionality as well.
Please check this guide for more info, you will also find a demo in it.

And when we talk about native apps then yes they are on our roadmap. But cannot quote a time right now. If you want it now then please raise a ticket here: https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/
