How can we setup Free cancellation in QLO

Hi,

Can you please share does anyone know who to configure free cancellation process in QLO app.

How can we add free cancellation label in front view of hotel and how to set due date for that.

To add labels on the room types you can check out our QloApps Room Type Label room types.

And to set conditions on your order cancellations please go to the refund rules.
Go to Hotel Reservation System Tab --> Manage Refund Rules.
Here you can create refund rules on what amount you want to deduce from the booking amount on booking cancellations before a certain number of days.
