In the current QloApps registration and booking process, only one simple address is collected (street and city), even when a company name is entered. For EU countries such as Germany, this is not sufficient for legally valid hotel invoices.
Hotels must be able to collect two separate and complete addresses:

      • the guest’s personal address
      • the company’s full business address (if the booking is made for business travel)
Additionally, many EU countries require mandatory business fields such as:
      • full company address (street, number, ZIP, city, country)
      • VAT ID (USt‑IdNr.)
      • optional tax number
Without these fields, hotels cannot issue compliant invoices for business customers, and the platform cannot distinguish between private and corporate bookings.
It would be very helpful if QloApps could support complete and separate address blocks for guests and companies, including VAT ID fields, to meet EU/German invoicing requirements.

        tax number

Currently, Address, Country, State, City, and ZIP Code fields are available for the hotel address.

We have noted your suggestion to add VAT ID and Tax Number fields, and we will consider implementing them in a future version of QloApps.
