      Hello,

We are integrating our booking website with Booking.com using the QloApps Channel Manager.
Before connecting a live property, we would like to test the synchronization in a non-production environment.
Could you please let us know whether there is a way to use a test or non-public property for integration testing? If not, what is the recommended approach for testing the synchronization without exposing the property on Booking.com?

      Thank you in advance.

        Hi @igrudeva ,

Regarding your query about obtaining a Booking.com test property through QloApps, we would like to inform you that we are not able to provide a Booking.com test property. Unfortunately, QloApps cannot grant access to a Booking.com sandbox/test property for integration testing.

That said, we certainly don't want you to feel that you're on your own; we'll be happy to assist you throughout the integration process.

For a client in a similar situation, we recommend a partial live deployment approach, which allows you to validate the integration while minimizing any operational risk:

        • Connect one room type and one rate plan to Booking.com.

        • Closely monitor the synchronization of availability, rates, reservations, and inventory between your PMS and Booking.com.

        • Perform your required validation and testing using this limited configuration.

        • Once you are satisfied that everything is working as expected, you can proceed with connecting the remaining room types and rate plans.

This approach keeps the impact on your live property to a minimum and helps ensure a smooth transition with little to no downtime.
