Check Catalog Mode is disabled
Make sure the Catalog Mode is turned off, as it hides the booking functionality.

a) Go to Admin Panel > Preferences > Room Type
b) Ensure the "Catalog Mode" option is disabled
Clear the cache
a) Go to: Admin Panel > Advanced Parameters > Performance

c) Then click "Clear Cache":

After completing these steps, the Book Now button and cart should reappear.
