Hi,

I have managed to modify most instances I require through the tools within the admin panel however one specific part is still stuck as it was previously and I can not seem to find what is actually causing it.

On the homepage where you can select dates and rooms and then search I need to change "Room" to "Pitch" as im trying to use this for a campsite.

All instances of "rooms" or "room" has been changed to "pitches" or "pitch" as far as I can see. When selecting an amount of adults/children the text does indeed change to "pitches" however always when initially loading the website it says "1 adult, 1 room" this instead needs to be "1adult, 1 pitch"

Have I missed something here? All editing was done through the translation sections, not actually editing any code.

When visitors cick on the room picture to enter the listing you see the addtional services as tabs, however when you click the Book Now button the extra services changes to a blue link that if you are not IT savy would not know that you could click on it to view them. Is there a way to hide the Book Now Button when users do a room search?

Hi guys,

I am trying to install QloApps on my local Ubuntu (Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS
). According to the installation documentation I need MySQL version 5.1+ to 5.7. However, support for these are long stopped for Ubuntu and if I try to manually install old versions it breaks the dependencies. I know docker is an option I can try but first I want to run it on my local barebone without docker. Can anyone help?

The email templates appear to have bugs where certain sections have the tag [hotel_hotel_name] when it should be shop_name. I first noticed the error in the Order Cancelled and Awaiting Payment templates and will be checking the rest of them later. In one section it would correctly display the hotel name under the tag [shop_name].

After enabling the Paypal module the Book Now button and Cart disappeared. I have checked the backend configurations... such as advanced pay... etc but have not figured out how to make them show again.
Any guidance?

Where to I edit the text for "Our Rooms" and "What our Customers Say?"

The country selection is Mexico so I need to change the text into Spanish but I cannot find the location to do so.

and then new user login to Dashboard so can not see any menu!!!!

i just installed qlo apps on my server, every time i login to the back office and click another section link, i get logged out... it is very frustrating

It is possible to install Qloapps in an intranet without access to the external network

Hello forum.
I have mounted qloapps on a vps and it works without problems. Then I downloaded the project via sftp and added it to a folder that has git with a link to github, so far so good. Then I change some things in the following files:

in the settings.inc file I changed the connection data for the database based on how I have it in my local database in the .htaccess of my root folder / now I have it like this:

Why would it be that when I try to start the application I get the following error?

I had to put . (the dot sign) before the # (numeric sign) so that it can be seen in the message, otherwise it shows it in large text and the # is not visible

It is worth saying that I made the backup of my vps database and created it without errors on my local database.

I await your comments so that I can build the application locally and then be able to test it better and personalize it.

It won't let me download the user guide

I am just wondering if anyone using Front Desk with Qloapps v1.6.1. I do not see the operations statistics like arrival and departure data with the names and room number like the regular dashboard without the module. It seems very inconvenient to see who is checking in at a glance.

As per this, there's a Configuration setting in the Edit option of Manage Room Type. But I couldn't find it in version 1.6.1.0. Here's a screenshot of QloApps demo.

Hi there, I've been working on a simple static Bed and Breakfast page in bootstrap for my parents B&B and was looking for some easy to use booking software to help them out manage room reservations. I have installed the app on my local webserver and started looking around. the back end is fairly nice but it seems to have totally broken my static website. Is there any way to link my current static design with the booking software. I want people to basically land on my own build website and when they pick a date use that info to go straight to the checkout page. Is there any way to disable your front end? I don't need to search for a hotel because at this time there is only one "hotel with only 1 room" this may change in the future but I would build a seperate site per "hotel/ Bed and Breakfast" in the future.. Any help would be welcome. Also I am not very sure if the copy I am building at the moment on my localhost will ever run once I copy it to a live webserver because things had to be installed. I am a very noobish web developer teaching myself as I go as a hobby so bear with me on this one.. Thanks in advance.

I am using 1.6.1.23 version of Qloapps. Initially only two payment modules bankwire and cheque were installed. Later I have installed paypal(offered by Qloapps), and razorpay(I created my custom razorpay module). Both installed successfully but for razorpay after adding the configuration details, key id and secret, it is not showing as payment option after checkout. And for the paypal after adding the configuration details I am getting below exception:
