"Manage your Customers" list is empty for other employers

My other employee account see and empty "manage your customers" list.
when I logging using the super admin account I can see all the users.

I have also created a test account and a test profile, and gave the user all the permission in the list. but still the user can not see the list of customers.

Anybody have an idea how to fix it?

In QloApps permissions are managed hotel-wise, employees can only access data for the only hotel they have permission.

In the case of customers, an employee and only see customers who have created an order in the hotel they have permission for.
