booking doesnt work

if i press booking i get Rooms Sold Out ! message
then nothing happening this happen with for all rooms
the rooms are available on the booking dates
someone know a solution? -

We tried to track the issue at our end. But we neither found such issue nor any of our other client has raised it.
So this can be your specific issue only you are facing. Hence, we will need to check it on your server. And for that, we will need your FTP details and QloApps BackOffice URL and Admin credentials.
So please raise a ticket at the link below and share your details with screenshots of the error.

The issue may occur "Cart Block" module is disabled

This module is important to manage cart-related things at all pages of the QloApps in the front end. If you have disabled the module then enable it and the issue will be automatically resolved.We strongly recommend you to raise a query if you have any doubt. So that you will not face such issues in the future.
