      Hi, i have a email issue, my issue is that while i am sending massage form my contact form, i revived a email but issue is that my gmail mail show that Be careful with this message. my SMPT setting is correct. Please help me.

        You are saying emails are sending from the website. But in Gmail, you are getting the warning.
        Can you explain this issue in more detail with the help of screenshots?

            We have to check the issue by sending mails through your server.
            I request you to create a ticket at https://support.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/.
            Also, provide your Admin Url and login credentials and FTP details in the ticket. So that we can check the issue on your server.

              i have one more issue, when customer book a room. booking notification not received to my email id. how can a get booking notification to my email id

                  @Faiz I am reopening this issue because it's persiting. Almost 4 years down, email isn't perfect.

                  I am using EC2 and no emails are actually received. I get confirmation from the back office that emails are sent, but nothing in the email inboxes.

                      Could you kindly share us that which sending emails method you are using?

                      Note: We highly recommend using SMTP method for sending emails. Because in some scenarios PHP mail() doesn't work.

                          Hi @Mimperio,

                          There is no such issue in the SMTP of QloApps.

                          I suggest you check the spam folder of your mail to confirm whether you are receiving emails in the spam folder or if you are unable to receive emails even in the spam folder as well.

                          In either case, you are facing this issue due to your mail services.

                          Therefore, In both situations (if you are receiving email in the spam folder or unable to receive email), we suggest you contact your mail service provider regarding this issue.
