Installation problem...

When I try to install the script, I get to 42% of db table installation and it stops:
Create settings.inc file
Create database tables
Create default shop and languages
Populate database tables
An error occurred during installation...
You can use the links on the left column to go back to the previous steps, or restart the installation process by clicking here.I am used to work with Prestashop and have several installations of both 1.6.1.x and 1.7.5 without any problems.
So why can't I install this?

We have never encountered such an issue on our side. This can also be a server specific issue.
So will have to check the issue and for that, we will need your FTP details and URL on which you are trying to install QloApps.

I am getting the same error during installation. Do you know what the solution was to this problem?

This issue might occur because of server request timeout.
Please make sure your server is configured with the recomended setting for QloApps : https://qloapps.com/install-qloapps/#section-8
Make sure to set server max_execution_time to 500.If the issue still persist, do let us know.
