additional facilities - for a different consideration

Our hotel offers a short stay facility for our customers, for those customers that leave the hotel early in the morning. ( 12 PM -9 AM, effectively less than 24 hours). I wanted to add this as a short stay facility. However, we will have to deduct some amount from the standard (24 hr) charges. At this point of time, price field accepts only + numbers. We cannot say something like -200.
Or is there a other way to handle this?

If you want then you can handle it with help of cart rules. Create a voucher discount for those clients who are willing to make early checkouts.
