New install - Product buttons SAVE and SAVE&STAY inactive/spinning

Hi,
I've instelled new version 1.3, on xamp and prod server, linux, with same results.
On product page, buttons save are inactive, and forever spinning. I've matched that on prestashop 1.6.11-> the issue was identified as well.
Tried same tweeks with no luck. Best result whem followed https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34726844/prestashop-endless-spinning-product-save-button . Still, Configuration and Booking Information buttons with problems.

Stange is that on same prod server (Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS)) I have a prestashop 1.6.16 running with no problem...

Any sugestions?

Hi,
You may have installed the old version of QloApps. So we recommend you to install the latest version of QloApps which is 1.3.1 right now.
Install the latest version and let us know if you are still facing this issue.

I have the same situation, Product buttons SAVE and SAVE&STAY inactive/spinning, I downloaded I installed version 1.3.1. which is the last to date. In addition, on mobile devices it does not display the photos of the Amenities, even the demo that is in https://demo.qloapps.com/en/ does not show the images of Amenities on phones either.

We have checked for this issue from our side on various PHP versions but we have not encountered this issue on any of them. So this issue can be a server specific issue.
So I recommend you to raise a ticket at https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/
And on the ticket please share your FTP details and the QloApps admin details with us.
We will hunt down the issue and resolve it.
