MySQL version
-
Hi guys,
I am trying to install QloApps on my local Ubuntu (Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS
). According to the installation documentation I need MySQL version 5.1+ to 5.7. However, support for these are long stopped for Ubuntu and if I try to manually install old versions it breaks the dependencies. I know docker is an option I can try but first I want to run it on my local barebone without docker. Can anyone help? -
Hi @jayleenkidd,
The current latest version of QloApps (v1.6.1) supports PHP 7.4 and MySQL 5.7. To install QloApps on your system, you’ll need to ensure compatibility with these versions.
Although we’ll be releasing a new version of QloApps soon, which will support PHP 8.0 and MySQL 8.0.
