Yes this can be done. But it will have a lot of complexities. For an example, if we import an order then we will also have to import the room type, customer and taxes.
So there will be efforts involved and that is why it will be a Paid Service.

Yes, we can send SMS from QloApps on various events like account creation and booking confirmation. It will require to integrate an SMS gateway to QloApps.
The integration will be a Paid Service.

No, a CS-Cart module will not work on QloApps as these two are completely different platforms.
