We manage permissions in QloApps. You can create Profiles with different types of permissions and assign these profiles to your employees.
So that admin can give a different type of permissions to different employees.
We manage permissions on the basis of menus and modules so that you allow or restrict your employees to access certain menus and modules.
And right now, we do not manage the permissions on the basis of Hotels.

But your requirement is completely feasible and we can add this feature to QloApps as a Paid Customization.
So I recommend you to raise a ticket so that we can have a discussion on this.

When you search for a room for a date range in Book Now section of QloApps at the back end under Hotel Reservation System Tab and no room is available for any room type but some rooms of same room type or different room types are available on specific dates in that date range so that you can create a booking by combining those rooms for that date range then these rooms are partially available rooms.
Let me explain the concept with the help of an example.

I searched for a room from 1st Jan to 10th of Jan in the Book Now section.

I found that there is no room available for this date range.

But Room A-102 of General Room type is available from 6th Jan to 10th Jan

and B-101 of Delux Room type is available from 1st Jan to 5th Jan.

Then instead of turning a guest down, I can offer him these two partially available rooms for the whole date range.

This is the concept of Partial Availability.

And Unavailable rooms are those rooms which are not available at all in the given date range.

Right now at the front end of QloApps, the customer can see the reservation details of his orders while the Admin can check the reservation details of all the customers at the back-end of QloApps.
But if you want us to show all the reservations as a list at the front to all the customers then it is also very feasible. We can do it for you as a Paid Customization.

Right now you cannot show the price per person per night in QloApps. This feature is in our roadmap and we will add this feature in our future updates. But right now, we cannot quote a particular time when this feature will be added.
So if you want to add this feature in QloApps right now then you can opt for the Paid Customization.

In the Invoices also we show the number of rooms as the quantity not the number of people. This feature will be also added once the above-mentioned feature is added.

But it will only appear if you have installed two or more languages.
If only one language is installed on your website then the option will not appear as then there is no use of it.

So please install QloApps and launch your website and then contact your desired OTAs.
