Please set max_upload_filesize and post_max_size values on your server to the value more than the size of image you want to upload.
Please set 16M to both the variables once and then upload the image.
Hi, I've manage to find the root cause, its a DNS issue when i moved the IP to my website name.
The IPhone works well when opening the QLoApps over the IP address and not the site name.

We have checked for this issue from our side on various PHP versions but we have not encountered this issue on any of them. So this issue can be a server specific issue.
So I recommend you to raise a ticket at https://webkul.uvdesk.com/en/customer/create-ticket/
And on the ticket please share your FTP details and the QloApps admin details with us.
We will hunt down the issue and resolve it.
As I mentioned earlier also that for those fields whose translation does not exist by default system show those fields in default language rather than showing them blank.
And the only way around is to translate those fields manually.
Go to php.ini and set both memory_limit and upload_max_filesize to 128 or 256. I think the installation check for memory_limit in upload_max_filesize value.
