There can be multiple reasons behind this depending on the conditions you defined for the rule.
Please check the validity of the voucher or if you have applied any restriction on room type or customer group.

If your uploaded images are not showing up then try to clean your browser cache.
Also please clear the system cache from Advanced Parameters ---> Performance

@ksu Creating different room types will create issues in inventory management. She only has a single room type so if she created a different room type then it will make the inventory more than the actual inventory present.

On the ticket, we found that you are using an incompatible payment gateway module.
Please note that any Prestashop payment gateway module will not work on QloApps as it should be.

I believe you want to change the price in a specific period. The change will be different for weekdays and weekends.
So you will have to create two separate feature price rules.
